Close-up on a bloom in bright September light but I’ve taken the sun out of the sunflower with muted monotones for this 22nd anniversary:

Beautiful in a quiet subtle manner. Letting pass the more glamorous parts, now we see the stem in a sweet glory commonly missed. This is like a story-telling that happens in a single moment. Very nice Laura. B&W, of course.
I could not post it in full colour on this terrible memorial day and as you say, B&W gives it that single moment sense
It isn’t. A moment frozen in time. (K)
only in the sense of momentous which reverberates evermore
Fabulous in black and white
thanks Donna — its does fit the anniversary when the sun when out that awful day
