Sunset on the Kinneret (lake Tiberias) in the Galilee for Rosh Hashanah which begins this sundown and ends on Sunday. Not so much a New Year per se as the celebration of the creation of the world. A time of sweetness and introspection.
“L’shanah tovah tikatev v’taihatem” (“May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year”).

Glorious
yes indeed Paul – such moments we remember for their momentousness – this was just last year and now another one begins for some
Yes indeed, I get that Laura.
Shana Tova Umetuka! ….just like your wonderful sunrise! xo
I had to smile with thanks Marina but like the glass jar half full/half empty test, I believe you are an optimist – seeing sunrise versus sundown – they are indecipherable and that should tell us something too!
I know you mentioned “sunset” but it felt like a sunrise! 😉 Half-full obviously! 😉😘😘
you are like sunshine 🙂
awww…..
Likewise! xo
