I’ve returned from a two-week tour of friends and family and I know that complaining about our weather is a national pastime but this May has been extraordinarily cold and very wet. Days out turned into days in but the one upside are PUDDLES when London’s pavements are paved like glass…

[Taken with a now dated iPhone6 (as I did not want to risk the Panasonic G6 without an umbrella). The camera on it is not, and never was, that good and I’m in the market for an upmarket pocketable compact- and singing “pennies from heaven” in the rain]
